Recipe :
3 Handfuls of Organic Spinach
1 Handful of Organic Kale
8 Green Grapes
8 Pineapple Chunks
1 Banana
1 Tablespoon of Chia Seeds
1 Scoop of Vanilla Protein
Add it all together and blend away.
Looks like heaven, tastes like health.
