Apple-Berry Mango Smoothie
Recipe :
1 Red Apple
8 Cranberries
1 Half of a Banana
12 Mango Chunks
1 Tablespoon of Chia Seeds
1 Tablespoon of Flax Seed
1 Tablespoon of Honey
Water
Add it all together and blend away.
Looks like heaven, tastes like health.
