Ultimate Green Smoothie
Recipe :
2 Handfuls of Organic Kale
2 Handfuls of Organic Spinach
1 Banana
5 Strawberries
5 Pineapple Chunks
3 Mango Chunks
6 Grapes
1 Tablespoon of Chia Seeds
2 Tablespoons of Flax Seeds
1 Scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder
Water
Add it all together and blend away.
Looks like heaven, tastes like health.
I blended the kale spinach in water before adding my fruit and extras. Instead of adding water at the end, after everything is in the blender, I poured the kale and spinach water mix back in after. It cut down on the amount of water I would usually use to make a smoothie, and left room for a complete blend. Day 1 is in the books. Delicious.
